Xara Collection is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at De Mondion our prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class dining experience, supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining Michelin standards.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and service flow with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.
  • Step in for the Restaurant Manager when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
