Jollibee Group is seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Pinas.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the efficient and effective running of all restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service
• Help Restaurant Manager lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant crew members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
• Able to communicate and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and senior management
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
