About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day leadership and operations of one of our restaurants. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead the team, drive high standards across food quality, service, safety and cleanliness, and contribute to strong commercial performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and building a positive, high-performing team culture. Whether you’re already in an Assistant Manager role or ready to step up from a senior leadership position, this is an opportunity to grow with a brand that invests in its leaders.
