We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent career opportunity with a strong company for an ambitious person who is keen to develop and lead an enthusiastic and hard-working team. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be accountable to the Restaurant Manager.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an enterprise dedicated to establishing a number of restaurants offering tasty food with only the best ingredients.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience with a well-established restaurant in Malta.

  • Knowledge and a passion for quality food and drink, and outstanding customer service.

  • Be a clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in Maltese, and possibly with knowledge of other languages.

  • Be able to motivate staff by leading from the floor and sharing knowledge and experience.

  • Be driven and goal-oriented.

  • Candidates should expect to produce a clean police conduct certificate if selected for client interview.

  • Non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.

EDUCATION
Have certification from the I.T.S or a similar catering college.

WORKING TIME
Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week.
