Managing the reservations team and systems to ensure efficient handling of all guest bookings. Aims to optimize room occupancy, enhance guest satisfaction, and support revenue management strategies through effective planning and coordination.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Oversee daily operations of the reservation department, including phone, email, and online booking systems.
• Ensure accurate input of reservations data into the Property Management System (PMS)
• Coordinate with sales and front office teams to manage group bookings, room blocks, and special requests
• Maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other third-party booking platforms.
• Generate and analyze reports on booking trends, occupancy, and revenue performance

• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
