Assistant ‐ Reporting and Analytics ‐ Service Delivery (1 year contract)
(BASED AT MAS LEGATO - MALABE)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to Reporting Service Delivery Team at Legato HR Operations, both locally and internationally are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs/KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying / executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the HR Transactions and Data Validation Reports integral to HR operations processes are run as part of HR Operations thereby updating, modifying, or validating HR data.
- Ensure to generate or share Data Insight reports required by the client SBUs thereby providing meaningful insights and for the purpose of monthly business reviews, dashboards, trend analysis and decision making on scheduled and ad hoc basis.
- Ensure required data analytical or statistical support is provided to the client SBUs on existing dashboards and reporting, whilst engaging in designing and developing new dashboards or reports required for clients and internal teams within HRSS in line with their requirements.
- Ensure data protection or privacy and confidentiality is maintained at the highest level for all client SBUs and internal parties to whom services are provided.
- Ensure timeliness and a high level of accuracy is maintained for all data related services provided to client SBUs and internal parties.
- Ensure to complete all pre audit measures, whilst implementing post audit findings, based on the audit tool, in a timely and effective manner in relation to all internal & external or client audits, thereby maintaining or exceeding the required audit score.
- Support the management in driving identified value projects under the team, ensuring necessary operational activities are carried out by collaborating with required internal or external parties, ensuring timely execution and achievement project deliverables.
- Ensure relevant documents, databases and reporting related to the SLAs and KPIs are updated and maintained as per the standards.
- Ensure a high and consistent level of client satisfaction with relevant internal/ external parties, effectively engaging and providing continuous and timely support whilst maintaining quality standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or professional qualification in Data Management or Analytics or Statistics or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in Data Analytics.
- Knowledge on Data Analytics and Reporting.
- Prior experience using Power BI or similar tool would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
