What’s the role?

This is a full-time role supporting our Agribusiness customers across regional Western Australia and the role is open to people based anywhere across regional WA. You do not need to be metro based to apply!

You’ll be part of a close-knit agribusiness team working alongside Relationship Managers who are out in market with growers, producers and regional businesses. From wherever you are based regionally, you’ll help turn customer conversations into clear insights and practical banking solutions that genuinely support regional communities.

You’ll get hands on with financial analysis, credit submissions and customer insights, keeping the detail sharp and the customer front of mind. Your work helps Relationship Managers spend more time building strong, long-term relationships with customers across regional WA.

What do I need?

• Confidence working with numbers, including financial analysis and credit assessment across commercial or agribusiness customers

• The ability to identify potential risks early and take a practical approach to problem solving

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building trusted relationships

• A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a supportive team

• A real interest in regional communities and the industries that underpin them
