What’s the role?

You’ll be the steady force behind our Property Finance team, helping bring smart commercial lending solutions to life for our customers. Working full time in Perth / Boorloo, Noongar Country, you’ll partner closely with Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of property finance clients, prepare credit submissions, complete financial analysis and help structure lending solutions that make sense.

This is an opportunity to build deep expertise in property finance while working on a diverse range of commercial banking deals. You’ll enjoy a fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and where your insights, problem solving skills and attention to detail can make a real difference for both customers and the team.

What do I need?

  • Experience in business banking, commercial banking or a genuine interest in property finance
  • Confidence with credit analysis, financial modelling and risk writing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A curious mindset and a solutions focused approach to problem solving
  • A passion for learning, developing your career and contributing to team success
