The Assistant supports the Relationship Manager (RM) with their Intermediary and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the on boarding of end-client relationships, as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems. The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance to the RM, tracks dossiers and follow up documentation. The RM relies on the Assistant to process various requests and enquiries, e.g. relating to Portfolio Reporting, Legal & Compliance, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc.
The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with the RM and Team Leader regarding the course of business. The Assistant is also responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of payments, trade orders, as well as documenting EAM / end-client instructions and performing call-backs.
