What’s the role?
You’ll join us full time in Parramatta Square, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country as part of our Commercial Banking team. You’ll support a dynamic and varied Diversified Industries portfolio, working shoulder to shoulder with our Relationship Managers to make sure our commercial customers feel genuinely supported from day one. You’ll help shape high quality deals by preparing credit submissions, structuring transactions and diving into financial analysis to uncover what really matters.
You’ll get close to the numbers, reviewing cash flow, financial statements and potential risks, all while strengthening relationships with customers who are building the industries that keep Western Australia moving. It’s a role where you’ll learn fast, grow your commercial instincts and find yourself in a team that’s all in on helping businesses thrive.
What do I need?
• Experience as a first time mover from one of the Big Four accounting firms, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and commercial thinking
• Confidence in credit and risk analysis
• A natural communicator who builds trust with ease
• A team player who collaborates for great customer outcomes
• Curiosity, drive and an eagerness to grow into a future Relationship Banker
