Assistant Regional Operations Manager
Based in Hackney, London, E9 – Working across London
£49,415 per year (pro rata) plus Company Car
40 hours per week – Shifts to be worked from 8:00am to 16:30pm over a 6 day rolling rota
Temporary position for up to 6 months
We have new and exciting opportunity for an Assistant Regional Operations Manager to join our dedicated and newly established Rapid Response team in London. Supporting the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance services across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll help lead teams, oversee operational performance, drive high‑quality service standards and ensure our customers receive timely, reliable and professional support every day.
Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll use your strong organisational skills, leadership experience and operational insight to resolve challenges, support teams on the ground, and help maintain safe, well‑managed homes. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real impact, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the smooth running of day‑to‑day regional operations.
