About the role

You will join our assistant team and support partners as well as the wider Luxembourg office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Formatting, preparing legal documents, including contracts.
• Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and organising internal and external meetings.
• Filing, archiving and monitoring client files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Handling reception duties, including welcoming clients and external contacts
• Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or team
• Supporting lawyers to ensure smooth coordination of daily activities.
• Monitoring signatures, filings, submissions and formalities with the relevant authorities.
• Updating internal databases and ensuring data accuracy.

This role places you at the heart of the firm, working closely with colleagues, support staff and lawyers in a collaborative and international environment.

About you

You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:

• A professional secretarial qualification.
• Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
• Ideally a previous experience in a law firm.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Diplomacy, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
