Job Description
Our client is the world’s most renowned leading brands in quick service restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- To identify new potential sites in the market, conduct real estate researches, evaluate economics, negotiate commercial terms, compile business case and finalize the contracts to the best interest of the company.
- To handle lease renewal matters of a portfolio including negotiation of lease terms / tenancy agreements.
- To handle the store issues and requests and work with other inter-departments and landlords / building manager to resolve on-site problems and support initiative for brand extension
- To optimize profitability of existing portfolio and manage real estate administration with existing tenants of owned properties.
- To offer training and coaching to Real Estate team.
Requirements:
- Be a degree holder, preferably in Surveying, Land Management or Property related discipline.
- Possess at least 7 years’ relevant experience gained from retail chain, property developer or real estate agencies
- Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance, BMO and DMC
- Self-motivated, strong negotiation and communication skills
