We have an exciting opportunity to join Intrafor as Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Assist in procurement of and preparation of Sub-contracts and Work Orders;
• Valuation and payment of Sub-contracts, work orders, and labour-only supply contracts;
• Assisting in payments application process to Main Contractor’s / Clients on fixed-price, re-measurement, and target-cost type contracts;
• Submission of CIC/PCFB-related documents;
• Assisting in build-up for variation valuations and assist in maintenance of variation registers;
• Relevant ad-hoc activities related to the functioning of the QS departments

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor / sub-contractor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
