Our client is an International Construction Management and General Contracting Company. They provide Construction Management and General Contracting services to their Clients with a level of expertise, service and commitment unparalleled in the industry. They offer a complete scope of construction services ranging from interior fit-out and refurbishment to out of the ground construction in Commercial, Manufacturing, Hotel & Hospitality, High Technology and Retail sectors of industry.

Quantity Surveyor

• Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing activities from sourcing, negotiation, cost comparison, order delivery and invoicing, lead time concern
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and quotations
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve purchasing issues
• Tender send out and quotation collection
• Prepare and monitor the project material schedule
• Material submission preparing
• Able to communicate with designer, site team, cost team as preferences

• Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building/ Construction or related discipline.
• 2-3 years or above relevant experience in Fitting out Projects in Main Contractor/ Sub-contractor firms
• Corporate office fitting-out experience preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  
  Immediate Available will be advantage.
