Role Purpose
To Manage & supervise the activity of process control and quality assurance in order to comply to Company's global & buyer specification whilst high quality product is required to be outrival in business.
Main Duties
1. Supervising, control, monitor quality
2. Do comprehensive action to reduce complaint & increase customer satisfaction on Company product
3. Supports business development & marketing
4. Developing QA & PC team
5. Support QMR in order to ensure ISO 9001 implementation
6. Follow the procedure & program related to safety concern:
7. Implementing all activity in their department in accordance with the environmental policy and developing corrective action plans with the ECCR when needed.
