A well-established property management company is seeking an organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a 64-unit market-rate apartment community in West Bend, WI. This full-time role supports the day-to-day operations of eight residential buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys building relationships with residents, coordinating property operations, and taking ownership in a collaborative but independent work environment.
πΌΒ WHAT YOUβLL DO
β Support the daily operations of a 64-unit market-rate apartment community.
β Assist with leasing activities including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
β Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with residents and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
β Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit processing.
β Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
β Help monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquent accounts.
β Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and ownership.
β Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
β Work closely with the Regional Manager while developing the ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities.

β 1β3+ years of property management or related experience.
β Experience with leasing, resident relations, or property administration preferred.
β Strong customer service and communication skills.
β Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
β Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
β Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus.
β Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation preferred.
