The Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be a key member of our Estate Management team, helping to ensure that our communities are well-maintained, and efficiently run. You will support day-to-day operations by engaging with residents, coordinating maintenance and repair efforts, and maintaining accurate records and systems. Your role will contribute directly to creating a positive experience for our clients.
This role comes with fantastic career growth opportunities, including the chance to step into a Property Manager position within our team in just 12 to 18 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional.
Data Management Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.
Maintenance Coordinator When something needs fixing, you’re the one to make it happen. Liaise with contractors, manage works orders, and ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.
Health & Safety Ensure all health & safety legislation and company policies are strictly followed, keeping our estates safe and compliant.
Financial : Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and assist with financial reporting to ensure costs stay under control.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 2 days from home and 1 day on site.
The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum.
