Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aa Assistant Property Manager This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with on-target earnings varying up to £26kper annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Assisting the property managers on an allocated portfolio
  • Manage relationships with all parties including clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and onsite personnel
  • Ensure that issues that arise are managed effectively to secure the best outcome
  • Attend client meetings, whether within normal working hours, or by agreement out of hours
  • Achieving an understanding of budgets, expenditure, and service charge debts of the clients’ properties
  • Gaining an understanding of the major works process and assisting with the Section 20 notice requirements.
  • Undertake inspections to ensure the properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition in line with the requirements of the management agreement and any agreed maintenance schedules
