You are an organised and proactive professional with experience providing project or administrative support in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes.
You're adaptable and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift, while continuing to deliver accurate and timely work.
Your strong organisational and communication skills enable you to coordinate activities, maintain records and keep stakeholders informed.
You have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You have a willingness to learn, and experience using Microsoft 365 and project or records management systems.

This role can be based from any approved Transport workplace location within the advertised region.
