About the job

We are seeking for the professional drives sales by securing project for large scale with builder, real estate developer, hotel developer and enterprise.

What you'll do

• Manage key residential and commercial developers
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and project owners
• Responsible for Scope and Proposal development
• Develop strategic partnerships with developers
• Generate future pipeline through upcoming projects
• Estimate and/or assist with the estimate of all project delivery
• Performs site surveys and assists the customer with design solutions

What you must have

• 4+ years’ Project knowledge and understanding of real estate development
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and strong analytical thinking
• Must be proactive team player and able to work with minimum supervision
• Possess own vehicle
• Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory both spoken and written
