A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with relevant national and regional policies, laws, and regulations, as well as company rules and procedures. Proactively safeguard the companys image and employees rights to ensure all assigned targets and objectives are fully achieved.
• Take full control of construction projects from government approval to completion, acceptance, and handover managing the entire project lifecycle. Prepare project management plans and oversee all aspects including quality, progress, cost, safety, changes, and risk control. Coordinate with all stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Participate in construction progress meetings with contractors and PMC teams, steer discussions effectively, make accurate judgments, and guide the optimization of project timelines.
• Responsible for project completion and acceptance; coordinate and manage the design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of M&E (mechanical and electrical) systems to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Organize and manage manpower, finances, and materials at the construction site; coordinate relationships among subcontractors and promptly resolve issues encountered during construction.
• Maintain good coordination with internal departments and actively cooperate with government inspections and functional departments project assessments.
• Report any safety or quality incidents during construction to company management promptly and work with relevant departments to handle them appropriately.
• During the acceptance and handover phase, inspect project completion status and handover documentation, provide acceptance plans, organize acceptance activities, review completion records, assist in audits and handover procedures, and coordinate project settlement with related departments.
• Upon project completion, prepare a project summary report, identify improvement areas, and document key lessons learned to support continuous improvement for future projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Project Management, or related fields (or equivalent qualification recognized in Malaysia).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager; experience in data center projects is an added advantage.
• Familiar with the design and construction processes of M&E systems such as power supply, lighting, water supply and drainage, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, etc.
• Experienced in M&E project management, well-versed in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, change management, and risk control.
• Responsible, hardworking, and resilient with strong communication skills; able to communicate fluently in multiple languages and willing to follow management instructions.

Salary Range: RM7k - RM12k
