Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and execution of renovation and new store development projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a full set of working and presentation drawings, encompassing concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents, and construction documents.
• Oversee and monitor contractors during the renovation process, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.
• Collaborate effectively with internal users and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the team with ad hoc assignments as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possess a Higher Diploma or equivalent in Building Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing renovation projects, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of FEHD licensing applications (advantageous).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
