âSales Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up
âAccounts Payable & Accounting Data Entry

Key Responsibilities
Assistant Project Management
âAssist project managers with scheduling templates, installations, and material coordination
âCommunicate with customers, contractors, builders, and vendors regarding project updates
âTrack job progress and maintain organized project files
âEnter and update project information in company software systems
âHelp coordinate field crews and installation schedules
âAssist with change orders, purchase orders, and job documentation
âSupport follow-up on outstanding project issues and punch lists
Sales Support & Cold Calling
âPerform outbound cold calls to builders, contractors, designers, property managers, and prospective clients
âFollow up on leads, quotes, and inactive accounts
âHelp generate new residential and multifamily business opportunities
âMaintain CRM and customer contact databases
âSchedule appointments for outside sales representatives
âAssist with marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
âProvide excellent customer service and relationship management
Accounts Payable & Data Entry
âEnter vendor invoices accurately into accounting systems
âMatch purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
âAssist with accounts payable processing and vendor communication
âMaintain organized accounting records and digital filing systems
âSupport month-end reconciliation and reporting tasks
âVerify pricing, quantities, and billing information for accuracy
âAssist management with administrative and clerical accounting duties
Qualifications
â2+ years of administrative, project coordination, sales support, or accounting experience preferred
âConstruction, stone fabrication, cabinetry, or related industry experience is a plus
âStrong organizational and multitasking skills
âComfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls
âExcellent verbal and written communication skills
âStrong attention to detail and accuracy
âProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry systems
âExperience with QuickBooks, ERP, CRM, or construction management software preferred
âAbility to work independently and as part of a team
