The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate labor and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
  • Support procurement, scheduling, and project logistics.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain daily activity reports.
  • Conduct site safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, local agencies, and utility companies.
  • Review and update project drawings and documentation.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with industrial utility systems, including chillers, AHUs, BAS systems, cooling towers, pumps, plumbing, and piping installations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, equipment, and blueprint reading.
  • Proven organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
