Working closely with teams responsible for partnerships, licensing, brand growth and fan engagement, you will support project execution, manage project tasks, contribute to identifying risks and provide clear project reporting.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Help implement PMO process improvements and changes, providing clear updates and responding to stakeholder queries.
  • Support the development and rollout of new programme and project governance frameworks, with a focus on the commercial and business performance departments.
  • Gather updates from multiple stakeholders for the monthly PMO reporting process.

Qualifications

You will bring more than three years of project management experience, supported by an APM PPQ, PMQ or equivalent qualification.

You will be knowledgeable in project management tools and experienced in conducting project feasibility. Experience delivering commercial or marketing projects in areas such as sponsorship, licensing, digital marketing, brand experience or creative services would be advantageous.

You will also demonstrate:

  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level.
  • A pragmatic and practical approach, supported by strong business acumen.
  • Flexibility and the confidence to adapt your approach to changing business needs.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved to move work forward.
  • Proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands.
