Job Description:

Assistant Project Manager

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is now hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will provide day-to-day project management support, coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with budget and contractual requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Project Director with internal coordination across engineering and support teams and coordination with external stakeholders as required.
• Arrange, attend, and minute project meetings; track actions to closure and monitor progress.
• Prepare subcontractor requisitions and coordinate with subcontractors during task execution.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations to support management reporting.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and records to support smooth project delivery.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline).
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably with infrastructure projects exposure.
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of CAD and proficiency in MS Office and common project management tools.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

• Experience supporting a PMO or program environment and managing multiple workstreams in parallel.
• Familiarity with basic project controls concepts (schedule tracking, risk/issue logs, change tracking).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
