Assistant Project Manager - Mid Rise Residential


Are you wanting to grow your career and grow to Project Manager  with a high-rise developer in the GTA? Are you motivated to work alongside a VP of Construction  on all aspects of construction management. Are you currently an ambitious (Snr) Project Coordinator or APM feeling held back and unable to progress in your current company? If you have experience within construction project management, are ambitious, eager to learn more and be exposed to all phases of the projects we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

If you enjoy being involved and busy on a variety of tasks, then this is the job for you! In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work with the VP of Construction to assist with the project delivery at all stages of construction on mainly Mid-rise projects spending time in the office and on site. You will be able to lead, support and evolve your skills being coached and supported by the VP assisting in the management  of the project, as well as monitoring construction schedules and deliverables – reporting any variances to the VP. You will also have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and career, and the right person will be someone that can grow quickly into a Project manager with the company.

They are looking to hire a motivated Assistant Project Manager who comes with no ego, that can embrace all tasks and learn from the best! You will be given autonomy to handle tasks. There is fast career growth to Project Manager for the right person who is a tenacious team player who enjoys pushing their abilities in a supportive environment.

Salary 

Respectful salary - plus bonus and full benefits 

3 weeks vacation plus office closed over the winter holidays

Office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (Option to work from home Monday and Friday)
