Seiler Consulting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with a strong background in custom luxury residential construction to support execution of a flagship ultra-luxury estate in Miami.

This role is designed for a candidate who:

  • Has seen multiple ground-up projects through full lifecycle delivery

  • Understands the complexity of high-end residential construction

  • Is ready to operate in a client-facing, ownership-side leadership environment

You will work directly with senior leadership, including the Project Executive, acting as a key contributor in coordinating one of the most technically demanding residential builds in the market.

What Defines “Ultra-Luxury” at Seiler

This is not traditional residential construction. Projects include:

Advanced Architectural Complexity

  • Large-span operable glass systems (20’+ openings)

  • Curved structural and architectural elements

  • Double-height volumes, bridges, and mezzanines

  • Tolerances tighter than industry standards (<1/16”)

Structural Innovation

  • Deep, complex foundation systems

  • Cantilevered and floating architectural elements

  • Architecturally exposed structural systems

High-Performance Building Systems

  • VRF HVAC systems and hydronic radiant heating

  • Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems

  • Fully integrated smart homes (KNX / Crestron)

  • Whole-home generators and advanced electrical systems (1000+ amps)

  • Building Management Systems (BMS) and climate zoning

  • Dedicated AV, security, and automation infrastructure

Premium Materials & Execution

  • Rare, high-performance materials with long lead times

  • Intensive coordination between architects, consultants, and fabricators

  • Mockups, field-adjusted detailing, and rigorous QA/QC processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle execution of a ground-up ultra-luxury residential project

  • Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty consultants

  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

  • Assist with budget management, cost tracking, and change orders

  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction documents

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and progress

  • Facilitate communication between ownership and project teams

  • Identify risks and proactively support mitigation strategies

  • Maintain structured documentation and reporting systems

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in construction or project management

  • Strong experience in the Florida market (Miami preferred)

  • Direct experience in custom luxury residential construction

  • Must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle ground-up projects

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination

  • Experience with high-end finishes, systems, and detailing

  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments

  • Strong communication, organization, and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Presence & Communication

  • Confident in high-level environments with architects, engineers, and clients

  • Clear, composed communicator—able to simplify or go technical as needed

  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality at all times

Coordination Expertise

  • Experience coordinating complex scopes (MEP, AV, millwork, lighting, etc.)

  • Understands how design, systems, and construction sequencing interconnect

  • Familiar with commissioning, turnover, and client handoff processes

Client-Facing Capability

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients, estate managers, or private staff

  • Comfortable leading discussions, walkthroughs, and presentations

  • Able to manage expectations and navigate sensitive conversations

Technical & Software Skills

  • Experience with project management tools (Procore preferred)

  • Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination workflows

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

  • Bonus: Up to 7.5% annually

  • Health Insurance: Employer-paid

  • Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks Vacation
