Assistant Project ManagerThis role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in construction and fit-out projects. The Assistant Project Manager (MEP) ensures seamless integration of MEP services with civil and interior works, maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and effective stakeholder coordination through all phases up to final handover.

💡 Additional Skills Required
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP with 5+ years of experience in MEP execution for construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as NBC, NFPA, and local authority regulations.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially in handling MEP and interior integration.
