Company: Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited

Hong Kong District Cooling Company Limited (HKDC), a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates the District Cooling System in Kai Tak Development and manages HVAC systems across major sites. HKDC drives sustainable urban development with energy-efficient cooling solutions.

Location: Kai Tak

• To lead operational staff and prepare plans and procedures for daily operation
• To deal with internal and external parties on operation, interfacing issues.
• To identify energy saving opportunities for the existing district cooling system and facilities
• Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant
• Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works
• Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works
• Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level
• Improve health and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

Additional Information

• At least 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
• Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
• Able to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
