(Post Ref.: 26/238) Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the programme
  • Assist in programme administration, including timetabling, scheduling of courses, classroom arrangements, and coordination of teaching and learning activities
  • Coordinate administrative arrangements for course registration, examinations, course evaluations, student activities, and programme-related events
  • Handle student enquiries and maintain accurate programme, course, and student records
  • Assist in admissions, student recruitment, programme promotion, registration, and other student-related administrative matters
  • Process purchases, reimbursements, payments, and other routine financial and administrative matters related to programme operations. Liaise with academic staff, students, applicants, internal administrative units, and external parties on programme-related matters
  • Assist in quality assurance matters, committee work, preparation of programme reports, data reporting to relevant University units, and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with relevant administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in common office applications
  • Good organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good team spirit and willingness to undertake a variety of responsibilities
  • A proactive and service-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience in programme administration, student services, event coordination, admissions, or quality assurance is desirable

Appointment
