Assistant Program Manager / Senior Officer, Innovation Ecosystem | Venture, Tech

The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Officer / Assistant Manager for strategic programs to oversee and enhance high-impact programs that fuel innovation and business growth. This role will be instrumental in managing strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and delivering measurable outcomes to elevate the organizations influence and success in the technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key strategic programs, ensuring milestones are met through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while proactively managing risks and issues.
• Organize and execute promotional events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and activities to amplify the visibility and impact of strategic initiatives.
• Support the creation of compelling publicity materials, including press releases, to showcase program achievements and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with account management and business development teams to monitor progress, provide insights, and drive the achievement of growth targets.
• Maintain and manage data platforms, generating regular analytical reports to provide actionable business insights for senior leadership.
• Assist in the preparation and oversight of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource allocation.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the organizations evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, marketing, business development, or account management, with a preference for candidates with exposure to the innovation and technology sector or entrepreneurship-related fields.
• Analytical Mindset Strong data analysis skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
• Communication Excellence Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Technical Proficiency Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, with experience managing data portals or reporting systems.
• Team-Oriented Drive Mature, independent, and collaborative, with a detail-oriented approach, self-motivation, and a proven ability to deliver results in a team environment.
• Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or professional qualifications with slightly less experience will also be considered.
• Sector Experience Prior experience serving both public and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
• Language Requirement Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is mandatory to engage with key stakeholders.
