The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship is recruiting two tenure-track Assistant Professors in Organizational Behavior with appointments beginning in Fall 2027. The hired individuals must conduct high-quality research that is published in the Department’s “A-level” journals, effectively teach management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, serve as a research mentor to doctoral students, and interact effectively with colleagues to support and enhance our unique department culture.
The candidate must contribute to the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship mission in the areas of research, teaching and service. Candidates must conduct research in the department's A-level journals, be able to teach management courses at undergraduate and graduate levels, serve as a research mentor to doctoral students, and participate in professional and department service.
Application deadline is October 9, 2026. Applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis for a reserve pool. Applications in the reserve pool may then be reviewed in the order in which they were received until the position is filled.
