
The Division of Solid Organ Transplantation at the University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking a board certified eligible surgeon who has completed an ASTS approved fellowship and is experienced in adult and pediatric liver transplantation, including live donor liver transplantation as well as kidney and live donor kidney transplantation. The successful candidate will join a team of 6 surgeons performing liver, kidney and pancreas transplants as well as hepatobiliary and access surgery.
Prospective candidates should be oriented to pursue either basic or clinical research, and develop a career in academic transplant surgery. The program operates in a multidisciplinary team environment and we are seeking candidates who wish to be part of a collaborative team. Candidates must have completed medical school receiving an MD or equivalent and completed a full surgical training residency program
Must be eligible for a NYS medical license

The referenced pay range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
