The Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health at the University of Virginia is seeking a Clinical Investigator. The candidate will be expected to perform research and clinical care. The candidate is expected to obtain external funding to support research. Clinical care will include inpatient ID consultations and potentially outpatient clinic and other activities including education. Research that has synergy with others in the Division is highly desirable.
Candidates must have an MD or equivalent and be sub-specialty board-certified or board-eligible in Infectious Disease by appointment start date, possess outstanding research, clinical, technical and interpersonal skills, and training from top-rated institutions.
