Under general supervision, this full‑time faculty member is primarily responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction in the Paralegal Studies program. Active involvement in curriculum development and continuous improvement in collaboration with departmental and interdisciplinary colleagues. Responsibilities include teaching in multiple instructional modalities, assessing student learning, and contributing to shared academic goals. This Faculty member supports student success, provides service to the department and institution, and is required to engage in ongoing professional development consistent with AAUP standards, accreditation requirements, and faculty rank expectations.

This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
