Educational Qualifications & Experience:
First Class Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline.
First Class Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Cosmetic Technology or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
Consistently good academic record throughout the educational career.
Candidates with or without teaching experience may apply.
Knowledge of cosmetic product formulation, quality assurance, cosmetic regulations, GMP, analytical techniques, and emerging cosmetic technologies will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cosmetic Technology.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.
Conduct practical sessions, laboratory work, and project supervision.
Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and career development.
Develop and update curriculum in line with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Undertake research, publish scholarly papers, and participate in funded research projects.
Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and industrial visits.
Establish collaborations with industry and research organizations.
Participate in departmental, institutional, and accreditation-related activities.
Perform examination duties, evaluation, and other academic responsibilities assigned by the institution.
