The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a mid-career, full-time, board-certified/board-eligible physiatrist with additional subspecialty board certification/eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine. This position will join our existing Brain Injury team and assist in the growth and expansion of the program, including the management of a fellowship training program and pursuit of research opportunities within our Department as well as collaborating Departments of Neurosurgery, Neurology, and College of Health. This position will provide inpatient rehabilitation services within the Craig H. Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital and specialty consults within the University of Utah Health System. Additional clinical services possible including outpatient clinic, and extended care facilities.

Applicants should have a strong academic interest in pursuing advancement in research, clinical care and/or teaching. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Completion of an ACGME Brain Injury Medicine fellowship or equivalent experience is preferred. Salary is competitive and benefits are excellent.

We are looking for energetic academically-oriented physiatrists who will help us expand our footprint regionally and nationally.
