- Contribute actively to the growth and development of the undergraduate CSD program
- Identify opportunities to expand the program's clinical reach and community impact within Nashville and the broader region
- Participate in departmental planning, curriculum development, and accreditation-related activities
- Engage in scholarly activity consistent with tenure-track expectations

- Established relationships with clinical partners or community organizations in the Nashville area
- Experience teaching across multiple areas of the undergraduate CSD curriculum
- Demonstrated capacity for program-building and community engagement
Who We're Looking For
More than a list of credentials, we are looking for someone who:
- Knows and is invested in this community: Nashville's clinical and professional landscape is an asset to our students, and we want someone who understands and can leverage it
- Wants to grow with us: this program is building something, and we want a colleague who is energized by that, not just looking for a stable position

- Brings both depth and range: comfort teaching across the undergraduate curriculum is essential; intellectual curiosity and adaptability are valued
- Aligns with Lipscomb's mission: our program operates within a faith-informed academic community dedicated to learning, leading, and serving
