Your clinical responsibilities will include full participation in the clinical and educational activities of the Department of Ophthalmology. Your clinical responsibilities will include those of a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist and a Glaucoma Surgeon and as well as supervising fellows, residents and medical students on rotation. Your teaching responsibilities that will include full participation in education activities in the department including Departmental Grand Rounds and lectures to fellows, residents and medical students. You are expected to participate in the annual resident interview process. You will be expected to provide both verbal and written assessment as required, in a timely fashion.

Applicants must be board-certified in ophthalmology and licensed or eligible to be licensed in Louisiana. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
