COM | Surgery Vascular

The Assistant Professor (MD) will provide surgical care to Vascular Surgery patients. This position is expected to promote academic excellence, provide patient care (when applicable), search for translational opportunities, and promote the health & wellness of Arkansans.
M.D. or D.O. required.
General Surgery Residency Training.
Eligible for Arkansas Medical License.
American Board of Surgery eligible.
DEA License or eligible.
Responsibilities:
Provide coordination, continuity, and consistency in patient care.
Perform various responsibilities in the area of patient care.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, direct patient care, medical teaching, and research collaborations.
Engage in clinical care and/or scholarly activities that advance clinical medicine.
Provide instruction to many individuals daily in a variety of methodologies. Including but not limited to didactic, bedside, and clinical educational experiences.
Promote academic excellence and promote the health & wellness of Arkansans.
