Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Create and carry out schedules and plans for production.
· Oversee and manage the production team.
· Verify adherence to quality standards.
· Keep an eye on production expenses and look for areas where you may cut back.
· Cooperate with other divisions to guarantee efficient manufacturing.
· Keep track of stock levels and place material orders as required.
· Fix difficulties and problems related to production.

Requirements:
· Five or more years of manufacturing jewelry experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
· Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards
· Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· The capacity to function both alone and collaboratively.
