Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure efficiency and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve targets
• Continuously improve production processes to optimize costs and performance
• Coordinate with other departments to support production needs

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and industry best practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficient in production planning, process improvement, and cost management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications
• Basic English communication skills (reading/writing); able to report in Thai
• Hardworking, proactive, responsive, and an excellent team player
