The Role

As Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth execution of our events, from pre-production planning to post-show wrap.

You’ll oversee every technical and logistical detail, manage AV crews, and make sure every show runs seamlessly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on precision, teamwork, and the satisfaction of a flawless production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute all event production logistics from start to finish
  • Lead the Audio-Visual team, managing rosters, crew schedules, and resource allocation
  • Oversee AV setup, operation, and pack-down for lighting, sound, video, and staging systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and confidently during live events
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and track progress using Wrike or similar tools
  • Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
  • Keep all equipment maintained, inventoried, and ready to go
  • Conduct After Action Reports (AARs) post-event to identify wins and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay ahead of new AV technology and implement fresh ideas to enhance production quality
  • Provide updates to the Head of Department on event progress, crew performance, and outcomes

  • A production or event management professional with strong AV technical knowledge
  • Experienced in leading teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines
  • A calm, solutions-focused operator who performs at their best under pressure

  • A confident communicator who can collaborate across departments and with clients
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering top-quality work on time and within budget
  • Flexible and willing to travel or work outside standard hours when events call for it
