Job Scope:

  • Production Oversight Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and efficient production of high-quality products.
  • Team Leadership Supervise and motivate production teams, ensuring proper training, performance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Process Optimization Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control Ensure products meet established quality standards through regular inspections, audits, and adherence to quality protocols.
  • Resource Management Monitor inventory, materials, and equipment to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Safety Compliance Ensure the adherence to safety policies and procedures, creating a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Production Scheduling Assist in creating production schedules, ensuring that deadlines and targets are met while managing any potential delays.

Requirements:

  • Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management, with at least 1-2 years in related field
