Capital Structuring (Cap S) provides the core product, pricing and governance infrastructure that supports lending activities across Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) and Business Banking.

The Pricing & ESG Product Management team manages and evolves DPX, a strategic platform that supports relationship pricing, return on capital assessment and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) decisioning across the lending lifecycle. We partner closely with bankers, technology teams, risk, operations and external vendors to deliver efficient, well-governed and customer-focused outcomes.

Do Work That Matters

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of DPX, the strategic Pricing and ESG platform used across Institutional Banking & Markets and Business Banking.

This 12-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to combine operational management, stakeholder engagement, business support and change delivery while contributing to the continuous improvement of critical lending capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Key point of contact for operational activities, partnering with bankers, pricing teams, technology teams and external vendors to ensure DPX remains reliable, well governed and fit for purpose.

• Partner with business, technology and vendor teams to coordinate production support, platform enhancements and change initiatives.

• Assist Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation and delivery planning to support strategic objectives.

• Contribute to testing, release and business readiness activities for new features and enhancements.

• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter ways of working.

• Maintain operational documentation, business rules and governance controls, supporting risk, compliance and audit requirements.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and help drive continuous improvement across pricing and ESG capabilities.

• Have experience supporting operational processes, products or platforms within banking or financial services.

• Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Have an interest in emerging technologies, AI and automation, and how they can be applied to improve business and customer outcomes.

• Enjoy working collaboratively across business, technology, operations and risk teams and can effectively balance operational priorities with delivery commitments.

• Understanding of Institutional Banking, Business Banking or lending products is highly desirable

• Exposure to pricing, return on capital frameworks or ESG-related processes is highly desirable
