Job Description

Accountability 1

• Design and organize all product and system related documentation in order to effectively communicate specific product requirements and functionalities as well as business, regulatory and financial risk mitigation to all stakeholders.

Accountability 2

• Communicate with all internal stakeholders including IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Phone Banking and CRU in order to develop and improve business processes and systems in line with business objectives.

Accountability 3

• Create all documentation for product development and enhancement including product programs, business requirement documents, service level agreements, process manuals, UAT scripts, compliance reviews, etc. in order to accurately and efficiently implement all steps in the product development cycle.

Accountability 4

• Conduct all product development and testing processes including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, IT compliance walkthroughs, product approvals, and live implementation in order to ensure smooth and efficient customer launch.

Accountability 5

• Implement effective product related enhancements based on requirements such as process improvements, technological upgrading, and/or change in pricing and policies in order to achieve maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business profitability.

Accountability 6

• Oversee and manage complaint resolution in order to ensure that timely responses and efficient solutions are provided and all audit and compliance related queries are fulfilled.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Minimum experience:

• 2-3 years of experience ideally within the banking industry
