-持续深耕相关领域术式，总结术式流程特点，分析临床痛点，了解竞品术式解决方案。

-能够结合产品，持续收集临床反馈及数据，帮助优化改进术式，提升专科策略制定及执行。

KOL开发及维护

-从临床术式角度，保持与KOL的密切沟通，提升客户粘性及品牌影响力，同时能够持续开发合适的术者，扩充专家库。

-围绕产品及术式，能够帮助KOL解决从产品入院，术式开展，病例总结，课题ç ”ç©¶ç­‰å…¨æµç¨‹ç®¡ç†ã€‚

业务支持及跨部门沟通

-持续高质量支持业务团队，提供完善的销售工具，产品及学术支持，帮助有效开展市场活动，协助业务团队推进重点项目。

-与销售，专业教育，运营等团队沟通，合作推进项目实施，同时能够协调公司其他辅助部门的资源，促进本部门业务发展。
