  • Package up to $108,220.78 pa. Package includes salary range ($87,199 pa to $95,482 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About this role

Provides an e-procurement (ESCAT) help desk service to FRNSW staff and administrative support to the branch.

About you:

  • Provide first level support to staff on e-procurement enquiries and undertake transactional e-procurement activities
  • Maintain the work unit’s databases, electronic records management and document tracking systems, record, update and track enquiries via a computerized electronic system and generate and analyze reports for management
  • Undertake monthly reviews of short-term supply arrangements for low risk, easy to procure items to ensure supply details are recorded accurately in the eProcurement system
  • Undertake a monthly review of unconverted purchase requests and arrange release or rejection
  • Provide administrative and support services to the Business Unit and assist with projects as required
  • Administer the opening and recording of tenders received through the e-Tenders and e-Quote system and prepare documentation for evaluation
  • Coordinate the permanent recruit firefighter uniform fitting process
